Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time.
You will receive order confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeline

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and location.
Bulk orders may have separate freight arrangements.

4. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India. For international or export orders, please contact us directly.

Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of food-contact tableware products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos and order details via email.
Once verified, we will arrange replacement or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products must:

Be unused
Be in original packaging
Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used products
Opened bulk packs
Custom or special bulk orders
Orders damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
